Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal information associated with your ThumaAI account at any time. This page explains what to do and what happens next.

Request deletion in ThumaAI

1. Sign in to ThumaAI by selecting Continue on WhatsApp and completing the WhatsApp hand-off.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete my data.
3. Review the confirmation and submit the deletion request.

If you cannot sign in

Contact ThumaAI through the support option on the sign-in page and state that you want to delete your account data. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. Do not send passwords, verification links, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your request.

What deletion does

We revoke connected-service access, remove your conversations, documents, profile data, WhatsApp identity data, and other tenant-owned information, and record only the minimum deletion receipt required for security and legal compliance. Information that law requires us to retain is kept separately for the required period and then destroyed.

Meta-connected data

Removing the ThumaAI connection from your Meta account stops future access. Deleting your ThumaAI account also removes the WhatsApp connection data held by ThumaAI. WhatsApp and Meta may retain data under their own policies; use the controls in those services for any separate Meta or WhatsApp deletion request.
